This account was created because I often go on photo shoots for my pleasure. Some turn out very good and are worthy as artistic pics if I may say so myself and judging how many have faved them. However there are occasion when the sharpness is not there and since I have a good bunch of them that qualify as stock shots why not make them available to other artists (yes I'm curious what another mind can create with these). I created this account because I don't want to mix them with my other "good" shots that are listed in cemetery / landscape photography.

Right! Every stock provider has TOUs and I'm going to make mine very simple and rather standard like many stock providers do

1- CREDIT ME IN YOUR ARTIST COMMENT BY PUTTING THE LINK TO THE PIC YOU USED IF YOU WANT OR IT'S PART OF YOUR SUBMISSION PROCESS INCLUDE MY AVATAR (THAT WOULD BE NICE BUT NOT MANDATORY). MAKE IT EASY FOR OTHERS WHO WILL VIEW YOUR DEVIATION TO TRACE THE ORIGINAL PIC INSTEAD OF HAVING TO RUMMAGE THROUGH HUNDREDS OF PICS. THAT'S NOT JUST FOR THE OTHERS BUT FOR ME AS WELL. THAT IS BASIC CONSIDERATION

2- DON'T SEND ME A NOTE AND DON'T LEAVE A COMMENT ON MY FRONT PAGE (I RARELY LOOK AT THEM). LEAVE A COMMENT UNDERNEATH THE PICTURE YOU USED WITH A LINK TO YOUR DEVIATION.

3- IF YOU WANT TO MAKE PRINTS AVAILABLE OF YOUR DEVIATION THAT CONTAINS ONE OF MY PICS, YOU MAY DO SO INSIDE DA...NO NEED TO NOTE ME FOR PERMISSION.

4- DO NOT MODIFY THEM SLIGHTLY BY PLAYING WITH CONTRASTS, FILTERS OR FLOODING WITH COLOR THEN CLAIM THEM AS YOURS. USE THEM FOR WORK THAT WILL REQUIRE A GOOD AMOUNT OF MANIPULATION. IN OTHER WORDS...BE CREATIVE!

5- I DON'T MIND TASTEFUL NUDITY SO GO AHEAD. NO WORKS PROMOTING RACISM, HATRED, BIGOTRY, ABUSE OF CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED.

This being my secondary account I may not reply immediately as my other account and doing deviations are my main pass time. But I will put in a special folder all deviations that have used my stock.
